You will be able to quiet WhatsApp group soon, ‘Go’, new feature is spotted

Whatsapp is testing a new feature for its users, in which users can come out silently from a group. Currently, if a user exits the group, other members of the group get information in the group. This will not happen after the arrival of the new feature. The new move of the instant messaging app will give the group a chance to leave without any hesitation. This can certainly prove to be a work feature for many people.

According to a screenshot shared by Whatsapp Beta Tracker Wabetainfo, instant messaging app will inform the users to an exit user from a group that only him and the group’s administrator will be informed about its exit. This means that other members of the group will not be able to see that one of them has left that group.

As we said, currently, when a user comes out of a group, WhatsApp shows an auto-generated notification. This information is visible to all the members of that group as well as the administrator.

WhatsApp had announced the ability to quiet the group quietly, giving information about its community feature a few days ago. However, the exact information of when it will actually be available for users is yet to be revealed.

WABETAINFO’s report states that the screenshot he shared has recently been taken from Whatsapp Desktop Beta. However, this change is also likely to be available for Android and iOS versions.
