Solar eclipse 2024

The first solar eclipse of 2024 will be on 8 April. This will be a complete solar eclipse, which will begin with the Southern Pacific Ocean. It will go to Canada passing through North America and Mexico. It will also be seen in countries such as Kosta Rica, Cuba, Dominica, French Polinsia and Jamaica. This solar eclipse will not be seen in India, because it will be happening here at night.

The second solar eclipse of 2024 will be held on 2 October on the day of Gandhi Jayanti. It will be a ruling sun eclipse, in which the ring of fire will also be seen. This solar eclipse will be seen in South American countries like Argentina and Chile. It will also partially appear in South America, Antarctica and the Pacific Ocean. This solar eclipse will not be seen in India, because it will be happening here at night.

Lunar eclipse 2024

The first lunar eclipse of 2024 will be seen on 25 March. This will be the Penumbral lunar eclipse. In such an eclipse, the moon passes through an outskirts of the shadow of the earth called Penumbra. This lunar eclipse will appear in Europe, Australia, Africa, North-East Asia, North America, South America etc. It will not be visible in India.

The second lunar eclipse of this year will take place on 18 September. This will be a partial lunar eclipse. It can be seen in Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, North/West America, North East South America etc. However, it will not be seen in India.
