During the 32nd ICT Business Awards and DQ Digital Leadership Conclave conducted by Datachast India, Vaishnav asked companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro to convert product developers from service provider and prepare mobile operating systems. He said that India needs to become a product nation and will also get government support for companies trying for it.

Vaishnav said during the event that “With this platform I would like to challenge big tech companies like Infosys, TCS and Wipro to prepare an operating system for mobile and they accept this challenge and make an operating system for our country.”

Focus on AI

Vaishnav said that the government is committed to Artificial Intelligence (AI). He told that work is going on on 5 units and said that this year the country should roll out the first chip prepared in India. In addition, he launched the launch of the AI ​​Compute Portal, which will provide access to researchers, startups and government agencies especially to the AI ​​task designed for GPU and high power computing resources.
