American devices maker Apple is preparing to increase the number of stores in the country. For this, the company has started hiring. The company’s new stores will be opened in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru. About two years ago, Apple opened its first two stores in Delhi and Mumbai. These stores have received good response.

Apple has been posted by Apple for hiring more than 20 positions on online professional platform Linkedin. The company’s store leader, John Taaffe said in this post, “Apple’s journey has been excellent in India. We are excited to continue growing in these magnificent cities. To make new stores successful, we are looking for talented persons. If you want to exposure in retail or start on a new way of career, then you are waiting for the opportunity for you. Until, your skills can help us prepare a surprise experience for our community. ”

The positions for which the company has sought applications include Business Pro, Business Expert, Operations Expert, Technical Specialist and Development Program Manager. Recently, Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook Dinner had reported that the company has achieved record quarterly sales in India in the period from October to December last year. Cook had said that India is the second largest market for smartphones in the world. This is an opportunity for Apple to increase its share in this market. In January this year, Apple has gained strong growth in the country on a year-by-year basis. In the last few years, Apple sales and manufacturing have increased rapidly in the country.

According to the report of the Market Research firm International Data Corporation (IDC), the shipments of smartphone companies in January have been around 1.11 million units. It has decreased by about 9.7 percent as compared to the same month of the previous year. Shipments for Apple in January have increased by about 11.7 percent on a year-by-year basis. Recently, Apple’s affordable iPhone 16E sales were started. The company’s A18 chipset has been given in this smartphone. The iPhone 16E has a 48 -megapixel single rear camera. Manufacturing this smartphone is also being done in the country.
