According to the Times of India report, Dorsi gave this information to the employees via an internal email on Tuesday. During this, he said that the cause of job cuts is not financial or artificial intelligence. Instead, he said that the deduction is part of streamlining operations, improving performance and reducing managerial layers.

The report said that 931 job cuts will be in three categories, in which 391 rolls will be finished as a strategy preparation, 460 employees are going to work due to performance and 80 management positions will be over to fix organizational structure. Apart from this, 193 managers will work as individuals.
