Xiaomi’s Mi Mousepad, Mi Steel Mousepad Launched in India

It seems that Xiaomi Republic of India is now planning to create a special place for itself in the computer accessory market of India after making a splash in the mobile world. The company has started selling Mi Mousepad and Mi Steel Mousepad through its website Mi.com. Mi mousepad and Mi Steel Mousepad can be purchased for Rs 269 and 649 respectively.

Mi mousepad is available in black color and its back is made of rubber. The company claims that “non-slip rubber” has been used in Mi Mousepad, due to which it does not slip on any surface. This mousepad is 80cm long and 40cm wide.

At the same time, aluminum design has been used in Mi Steel Mousepad. According to the listing, “The mousepad is prepared after a 5-level process. This includes punch-spending, sandblasting, oxidation, polishing and laser cutting.” Xiaomi claims that Steel Mousepad has to undergo several tests to ensure durability. The length of Mi Steel Mousepad is 330mm, width 240mm and thickness 3mm.

In recent times, the prices of many products of Xiaomi Republic of India have been cut. The company’s Mi 4i smartphone can now be purchased without registration. This smartphone is now available on the company’s website Mi.com, in addition to the e-commerce website Flipkart, Snapdeal and Amazon.

The company’s budget handset Redmi 2 (Redmi 2) is now getting Rs 1,000 cheaper to Rs 5,999. The price of Redmi Note 4G (Redmi Word 4G) has also been cut, it is now available for Rs 7,999. Earlier, the company had priced the 16GB model of Mi 4 smartphone to Rs 14,999, which is cheaper by Rs 5,000 than the launch price of the smartphone.
