These youth apartments are located on Dingi Road of Changping District in Beijing. This housing complex has a total of 7 buildings, including a total of 2,658 flats. Each unit is a 29 square meter studio apartment, with private bathrooms and Xiaomi’s smart home devices already installed. The apartments are completely furnished and are being given in a ready -made position. Facilities like shared kitchen, gym, media room and green landscape will also be provided inside the campus.
The location of these apartments has also been selected keeping in mind the daily commute of employees. Xiaomi Shrewd Commercial Ground from Xiaomi Formative Years Residences is only 3 kilometers away, while the main Xiaomi Tech Ground is located 10 kilometers away. The company will also provide daily shuttle bus service for the office from here. Apart from this, facilities like 24×7 concert service, maintenance reporting, moving assistance and package delivery will also be available in the campus.
According to Xiaomi’s plan, 2025 batch graduates will first get an opportunity to apply for Beijing apartments, for which the window has opened from June 29. Applications for 2024 graduates will start from July 13, while the window will open from July 20 for 2023 batch. If units are left, they will be given to other worthy graduates of 2022 or later years.
According to Gismochina, Xiaomi in Nanjing has launched 566 apartments separately in the Hexi South CBD. It is located just 100 meters from Xiaomi Nanjing Tech Ground. It contains 55 square meters studio and two-bedroom flats. Applications for these apartments will be open from July 1 to July 30 and the selection will be done on the basis of first-cum-first-surved. The special feature of Nanjing is that these apartments will be available to all Xiaomi employees, not just for new graduates.
