Those will be sold for 1,199 Chinese yuan (about Rs 12,000) and 1,399 Chinese yuan (about Rs 14,000) respectively. The Cell of Redmi Note 8 in the Chinese market will start from 17 September.

The phone’s 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variants will be sold for Rs 10,999. The price of 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants of the smartphone is Rs 11,999. Reality 5 will be sold in crystal blue and crystal purple.

Both the Redmi Note 8 and Reality 5 phones run on MIUI 10 and ColorOS based on Dual-SIM (Nano) and Android Pie. The Redmi Note 8 has a 6.39-inch full-HD+ (1080×2340 pixels) screen. It will come with 90 percent screen to body ratio and 19.5: 9 aspect ratio. Reality 5 has a 6.5 -inch HD+ (720×1600 pixels) display. It has the protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3+.
