Both Motorola and Nokia launched their affordable Moto G5 and Nokia 5 handsets in Barcelona. Both of these have a significant similarity- the use of Snapdragon 430 processer. Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime was launched in August 2016 for Rs 8,999. Comparing Nokia 5 and Moto G5, these smartphones have not reached India yet. The 2 GB RAM/16 GB storage variant of Moto G5 is priced at 199 Euro (about Rs 14,000) while the Nokia 5 is priced at Rs 189 euro (about Rs 13,500).

The storage of all these smartphones can be increased to 128 GB through microSD card slot.

All three phones have a 13 -megapixel rear camera with flash support. Talking about the front, the Redmi 3S Prime and the Moto G5 have a 5 megapixel camera while the Nokia 5 MPS has an 8 megapixel selfie camera. Redmi 3S Prime has the highest 4100 mAh battery. Nokia 5 has a 3000 mAh battery and Moto G5 battery 2800 mAh battery.

The Nokia 5 and the Moto G5 run on the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat and Android 7.0 Nougat respectively. While the Redmi 3S Prime runs on the old Android 6.0.1 based MUI 7. All three phones have dual-sim support. (Nano SIM for Nokia and Micro-SIT for Redmi 3S Prime)
