Below android will not be able to use Whatsapp Estient Messenger on the version below os 10, below the iOS 10, Kaios 2.5.0. The company has discontinued WhatsApp support for the ongoing devices on the old operating system since 1 November. If you are also on the old version and WhatsApp is not running on your device for the last few days, then this news is for you.

Whatsapp has provided all the information of WhatsApp supporting device on its FAQ section. According to FB -owned Instant Messenger, now WhatsApp will work only on smartphones or other devices that are working on Android 4.1 or new, iOS 10 or from new and kaios 2.5.0 or new operating systems. There are only two options available for users working on old OS.

Older from Android 4.1, users running smartphones on the older or older version from Kaios 2.5.0 will have to update their smartphones on the new version, or they must have bought a new mobile phone. Support has been discontinued from 1 November 2021.

With the help of the steps mentioned below, you can backup your WhatsApp chats on iCloud and restore them on a new device.

To get a manual backup of your chats at any time, you have to go to Whatsapp’s ‘Settings’ and tap on ‘Chats’ there. After this, tap on ‘Chat Spare’ and tap on ‘Again Up Now’.
