Whatsapp Unused Detail in Beta App Proportion Song Audio in Combination

Whatsapp added the screen-sharing feature for video calls earlier this year. This feature, which has been waiting for a long time, gives users the benefit of sharing the screen during video calls like Google Meet or Zoom. Now, the instant messaging platform owned by Meta is allegedly bringing some changes to this feature. Whatsapp may soon give you the facility of sharing music audio while sharing your screen during video calls. This feature was reportedly seen in the Whatsapp Beta for the iOS version 23.25.10.72, which is available on the Testflight app.

According to a report by the WhatsApp feature tracker Wabetainfo, the app is working on a new feature that will allow iPhone users to share their audio while sharing their screen during video calls. This will facilitate users to listen to video and music audio together when someone will share their screen in video calls. The ability to share video and music audio in real time during screen-sharing session is expected to increase interaction on platforms.

The new feature was seen on the latest beta version of WhatsApp for iOS 23.25.10.72 which is available through the official testfall beta program. According to the feature tracker, the feature is still not released for users on the beta testing channel as it is still in development.

Publication has shared the preview of the share music audio feature, which appears to be achieved by enabling the under -development feature. WABETAINFO also says that this feature will not work with WhatsApp voice calls and it will not be available on video calls where the video will be disabled.

Whatsapp added screen sharing support in video calls in August to compete with a video-conferencing platform. This option can be accessed by tapping on the share icon.
