He said that more and more police department and media department users are being targeted by WhatsApp Red. Such links have been sent to many police officers of Delhi and Rajasthan. Rajasekhar Rajhariya said that he was told by a Delhi Police Inspector Donor Ram Yadav about the WhatsApp Red App. Donor Ram Yadav saw the message released by this app in a WhatsApp group of police.
