Whatsapp Give Protection to IP Cope With In Screams Will Conceal Your IP Cope with ENHANCED PRIVATENESS HERES The Best Way to Flip it on

WhatsApp has added a new ‘Protect IP address in call’ feature, designed to increase the privacy of users while calling and receiving messaging service. After choosing this option, your IP address will be hidden while calling. Whatsapp will connect your call directly to the other side and connect through the company’s server instead of exposing your IP address. The messaging platform says that the new setting is optional and has been designed for privacy conscious users.

META engineers explained in detail about the new feature in a post on the company’s engineering blog. According to the blog, the new ‘Protect IP address in calls’ sets the way to connect the call between two users on the setting Whatsapp. Like most apps providing calling features, Whatsapp also offers Peer-to-Pier Connectivity-this means that both sides in the call can watch each other’s IP addresses.

To work properly the peer-to-peer call is necessary to show the IP address of the parties connected in the call, which are not visible to those who make the callers, but their internet service provider is known to it. This is a detail that some users would not like to share with unknown calls on the platform.

For the protection of your IP address during the call, instead of setting up WhatsApp Peer-to-Pier’s connection, all calls will be relayed through the company’s server, which will hide your IP address and your privacy will remain. You will experience a slight reduction in the quality of the call as the call will be rooted through the server instead of the connection, but whatsapp says that these conversations will remain end-to-end encrypted so that only call participants can hear them.

How to activate the feature ‘Give Protection to IP Cope With In Shouts’ on WhatsApp?
