Starting with Vivo T3 Extreme, here customers will get a premium glass back panel, which gives a premium feel compared to the plastic frame and rear panel in Realme GT 6T. With a thickness of 7.6 mm, the Vivo T3 Extreme is much thinner than the Realme, which is 8.7 mm thick. At the same time, in terms of weight, both (Vivo: 192 grams, Realme: 191 grams) are almost the same. Vivo phones are claimed to have a better IP68 rating for protection against dust and water, while Realme says that its phones are rated IP65.
Both phones run on Android 14 based UI. Currently, Vivo T3 Extreme ships with Funtouch OS 14 and Realme GT 6T with Realme UI 5.0.

Vivo T3 Extreme comes with a 6.78-inch FHD+ (1260 x 2800 pixels) AMOLED display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness level of 4500 nits, and HDR10+. At the same time, Realme GT 6T has an LTPO AMOLED display of the same size and resolution (1264 x 2780 pixels). Its panel also supports 120Hz refresh rate and HDR. However, there is a higher peak brightness level of 6000 nits.

The Vivo T3 Extreme is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9200+ chipset, which is an octa-core processor clocked at 3.35GHz. The chipset is paired with Immortalis-G715 MC11 GPU, 12GB RAM, and 256GB storage. Meanwhile, the Realme GT 6T also has a chipset built on 4nm process, but it is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 SoC, which is an octa-core processor clocked at 2.8GHz. It is paired with Adreno 732 GPU for better gaming performance. The phone has 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.

Vivo T3 Ultra is marketed for its special camera system. The smartphone has a dual rear camera system, which has a 1/1.56-inch, 24mm wide 50-megapixel PDAF main sensor equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS) and f/1.9 aperture. The second camera in the setup is an 8-megapixel 120 degree ultrawide sensor equipped with f/2.2 aperture. At the same time, the front camera is a 50-megapixel 21mm wide AF shooter equipped with f/2.0 aperture. The rear as well as front camera can shoot videos at 4K.
At the same time, Realme GT 6T has the same 50MP (26mm) + 8MP (112 degrees) camera setup as Vivo T3 Extreme. However, there is a 32-megapixel shooter equipped with f/2.5 aperture on the front. Its rear camera is capable of recording 1080p video at 120fps.

Both Vivo and Realme phones have 5,500mAh battery. Although charging capacities are different. 80W wired PD charging is supported in T3 Extreme and 120W wired charging is supported in GT 6T. Vivo says that its phone can be fully charged in 56 minutes, while Realme has claimed that its phone can reach 0-50% in 10 minutes.

Both phones come with in-display fingerprint sensors. Bluetooth version 5.3 is available in T3 Extreme, while Bluetooth version 5.4 is available in GT 6T. Compared to Vivo, Realme smartphone also supports IR sensor and NFC. At the same time, Realme phone also includes 24-bit/192kHz Hello-Res audio support.

Vivo T3 Extreme’s 8GB/128GB storage variant was launched at Rs 31,999, 8GB/256GB storage variant at Rs 33,999 and 12GB/256GB storage variant at Rs 35,999.
The 8GB/128GB storage variant of Realme GT 6T was launched at Rs 30,999, 8GB/256GB variant at Rs 32,999, 12GB/256GB variant at Rs 35,999 and 12GB/512GB storage top-of-the-line variant was launched at Rs 39,999.
Both the smartphones can be available online or offline in the ongoing festive season sales at a cheaper price than their launch price.
