Twitter’s staff decree Elon Musk, work will have to be resigned if not much

Since purchasing micro -blogging site Twitter, Elon Musk has been making major changes in the company. Twitter staff has been given a new message by Musk. He has asked the workers to decide that they want to work in the company for more hours or will resign by taking a three -month serence. For this, the staff has been asked to click a link by Thursday evening.

It is written in this link to confirm that ‘you want to be a part of the new Twitter’. Workers who do not click this link will be considered as the resignation of the company. The message states, “Whatever decision you take, thank you for your efforts to make Twitter successful.” Reuters have seen this message. Twitter did not answer the questions sent by Reuters about this. Musk has told in the message that Twitter 2.0 will have to work hard to make it successful amidst rapidly growing competition. This means that you have to work for more hours. Only extraordinary performances will be passed.

Earlier this month, Musk banned the work from the work from home or remote location of the workers. He also advised the workers to be ready for a difficult period. He said that there is no way to ignore the status of the economy and how it will affect a company like Twitter dependent on advertisements. Musk informed Twitter staff about new rules in his first email. After takingover to Twitter, Musk had trimmed about half of the company’s staff. Apart from this, he has increased the price of Twitter Blue subscription to eight dollars.

Earlier, there was a system to work permanently for Twitter workers. The company started the work with a remote location during the epidemic. Musk said that he is against such a system and will be allowed on the basis of each case. Musk said in email that the road ahead is difficult and hard work will be needed to get success.
