Truecaller brought many new features for its Android users

Truecaller has rolled out an update for Android users with features such as group voice calling, smart SMS and inbox cleaner. The company says that these new features have been introduced on the basis of feedback of users. The group voice call enables the ability to make a cross -border voice calls with eight people simultaneously, while smart SMS uses integrated algorithms to filter the SMS spam, to catarries useful information and remind them of payments. Finally, the new inbox cleaner feature allows users to remove unused messages and vacate the space on their phone.

If the participants are added without user’s knowledge during group voice calls, Truecaller will also help in identifying spam users in the group. Users will be able to add new participants to their phonebook without adding them to voice calls. The app will show the city of each participant and also tell if any other user is busy in any other call or is offline. Truecaller says that all groups are safe with voice calls simultric encryption. Apart from this, this feature also provides dial back option from call log. This makes the management of the group simple by calling back in group calls.

Another feature called Subtle SMS will be added to Truecaller. This will help identify and filter spams, classify useful information and even remind you of pending payments. This feature will be available to users from India, Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa. It will soon be available in Egypt, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sweden and America.

Finally, Truecaller will get a new inbox cleaner that will help users to clean all old, unwanted messages in a few seconds. Inbox cleaner from the menu will show you how many old OTP and Unsolicited Mail SMS you have deposited. You will be able to quickly and effectively remove the old SMS without affecting your important data by tapping on the ‘Blank Up’ button.
