The latest Bloomberg report claims that China’s bytedance Ltd can sell its operation in India to its rival Inmobi Look. The report cited a source of knowledge in this regard, stating that Softbank Staff Corp of Japan has started dialogue in the matter. The app gained great popularity after Tiktok was banned in India and was downloaded on a large scale. The app has more than 3 crore monthly active users. Look’s Roposo is the Indian app and Inmobi claims that the company has invested $ 145 million, or about 105 crores by Google and Mithril Capital.

The report says that the deal between the two companies is currently dependent on the final order of the Government of India.
