Whatsapp is suffering losses due to its new privacy policy. The most dropped apps in January are the number of Tiktok, Signal and Facebook (FB) after Telegram. WhatsApp has gone to the fifth position in the most downloaded list. Earlier, WhatsApp was at number three in this list. Telegram got the highest installation base from Indonesia after India. Indonesia has 10 % stake in the total downloads received by Telegram.
Tiktok is second in the most downloaded list. Ticketkeep received 6.2 crore downloads in January. China has the highest share of 17 % in these downloads. After this, America has a stake of 10 %. However, Tiktok is banned in India. Last year Tiktok was banned in India and it is still banned in India. Apart from this, more than 100 Chinese apps including PUBG were also banned in India.
Tiktok was the most downloaded app in December 2020. According to the report of the censor tower, the ticket was not included in the list of top five at that time. But after WhatsApp policy, Telegram benefited the most in January and became the most downloaded app. Instagram has come to number six in non -gaming apps in January 2021. This is followed by Zoom, Mx Taka Tak, Snapchat, and Messenger.
