Samsung to pay usd 118 million for infringing pates

About two years ago, Netlist filed a legal case against Samsung. It was alleged that Samsung’s computing servers and other data related to the memory modules have violated its patents. The Netlist reported that its innovations have increased the power efficiency of memory modules and this can lead users to get useful information through large amounts of data in a short period. However, Samsung has denied allegations of patent violations. The company argues that the patents were not valid and its technology works separately from the innovation of the Netlist.

Samsung also filed a legal case against Netlist in Delawar, USA.
