In this, black color variants of Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ can be seen. According to the previous leak, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 has a screen with 1440×2960 pixel screen resolution that will be in the 18: 9 ratio. The Samsung Galaxy S8 can be given a 5.8 -inch screen while the Galaxy S8+ can be given a 6.2 -inch screen. Recently, a trademark revelations on the USPTO revealed that Samsung could name its new screen as ‘Infinity Display’. The ‘Infinity Display’ will have Samsung’s Fullvision Display Technology which was first given by LG in its new LG G6. The leaked photographs of the Galaxy S8 claimed to have the longest and thin display on the handset.
The new leak photo shows two SIM cards or a microSD card slot at the top. While the speaker grill and 3.5mm audio jack can be seen on the bottom panel with a USB Type-C port. An iris scanner is also seen in the new leaked photos. And it seems that both Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will come with biometric authentication.
A recent leak claimed that Samsung had extended the date of the release of the Galaxy S8 series smartphone to 28 April.
The company will launch the Samsung Galaxy S8 at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2017 event to be held on March 29. This event will begin at 9.30 pm Indian time in New York.
