Royal Enfield to Initiation Its Electrical Bike Flight Flea C6 Later Occination

Royal Enfield, which manufactures powerful motorcycles, is preparing to launch its electric motorcycle brand Flight Flea. The first model of the company’s range of electric motorcycles will be launched next year. After this, there is a plan to bring the S6 of the company.

However, Royal Enfield has not given information about manufacturing and dealership network of its electric motorcycles. Flight Flea C6 was first introduced in EICMA. This electric motorcycle has also been displayed in India. The company has not told about its specifications. This electric motorcycle is being tested. Its range can be about 100 kilometers.

The company has tie-up with Qualcomm making semecuctors for flight flea. This electric motorcycle will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon QWM2290 chip. The company’s upcoming electric motorcycles will also use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon car-to-cloud platform. Qualcomm has designed Snapdragon QWM2290 chip especially for two-wheelers. This provides power to the core vehicle unit. Flight Flea C6 can be launched before India in America and Europe.

Siddhartha Lal, managing director of Eicher Motors, who owned Royal Enfield, said that there is more demand in the US and Europe markets for expensive products like Flight Flea C6. However, along with this he had told that this electric motorcycle is likely to get good response in the country as well. Lal said, “India is always important for us. However, other markets may get better demand in the beginning.” The design of the Flight Flea C6 is inspired by the 1940s Flight Flea motorcycles, designed for use in the Second World War. In World War II, these motorcycles were launched through parachutes. Its use helped soldiers to reach remote areas. It has round LED headlight and Girdar forks on the front. The company wants to put this motorcycle in a modern classic segment with a good range. With this, it will be able to compete with the already existing electric two-wheelers in the market.
