How to change photo in Voted Identification Card
Step 1: First of all go to National Voter Service Portal www.nvsp.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, you will see the option of Correction of entries in electoral roll at the bottom.
Step 3: After clicking on correction of entries in the voter list, Format 8 form will open in front of you. If you want to change the language of the form, click on the Select Language option visible on the top right. Here you will get three language options – Hindi, English and Malayalam.
Step 4: After this select your state and assembly/parliamentary constituency.
Step 5: Enter the requested information in the form. Note that it is mandatory to fill any option in front of which you see ‘*’.
Step 6: There is a box on the number, here you have to click on ‘My {Photograph}.
Step 7: After this, you have to click on Browse at the bottom and select the photo. After selecting the photo, upload it.
Step 8: After the photo is uploaded, enter the email and mobile number.
Step 9: After entering all the information, enter the Captcha code and click on the submit button.
Step 10: After submitting the form, the reference number will appear on the screen. Note down this number somewhere, let us tell you that with the help of this number you can easily check the application status. It may take approximately 30 days for the application process to be completed and the new ID card to be issued.
