Observe 15 professional series of Chinese smartphone maker Redmi will be launched this month. This may include Redmi Observe 15 Professional and Observe 15 Professional+. The Redmi Observe 15 Professional+ of this series may support for satellite connectivity with a 7,000 mAh battery.

In a post on China’s microblogging platform Weibo, Wang Teng Thomas, General Manager of Redmi, has reported that Redmi Observe series is being sold in more than 100 countries. In the first half of this year, China has the highest sales of smartphones of this series in the price range of $ 175 (about Rs 15,000) to $ 499 (Rs 44,000). This smartphone’s model number 25104RADAC has been listed on China’s MIIT website. It claims to be supported for Beidou’s short message satellite communication system. If this claim is correct, then it will be the first smartphone of Redmi to support satellite connectivity.
