91mobiles stated a report in partnership with tipster Ishan Aggarwal that Xiaomi’s first laptops will be launched in India on June 11. Its name will be RedmiBook 13 and it is equipped with Xiaomi laptop Intal Core i7 processor. In this, the border on the four sides of the screen is very thin. And it supports 1 C charging. The report also states that this Xiaomi laptop may be the rebranded version of the Redmibook 13 launched in December last year, not the recently introduced AMD Ryzen Powered Redmibook.
At the moment, it is not clear whether the company will launch several models or just the rebranded version of the Redmibook 13.
Redmibook 13 Specs
Remember that RedMIBook 13 was launched in China in December last year. The Redmibook 13 has a 13.3-inch full-HD anti-glare display with a 178 degree viewing angle and 89 percent screen-to-body ratio. It has a 10th generation INTAL core processor, along with Nvidia Zeeporce MX 250 graphics and 8 GB DDR4 RAM. Xiaomi has used thermal management system in Redmibook 13, including 6mm diameters as well as dual heat pipes.
Like the previous Redmibook model, this notebook model has also used a metal body. Apart from this, chiclet-style keyboard and DTS surround sound audio support has also been provided. It has been said that the Redmibook 13 battery in single charge provides 11 hours backup. It has been claimed that the notebook is charged 50 percent in 35 minutes. Remember that the initial price in the Chinese market of Redmibook 13 is CNY 4,199 (about Rs 44,300).
The company has been teasing to bring a new product in India through Twitter posts for a long time. The name of the product has not been revealed in the post. These posts have used the hashtag ‘WhatsnextFormi’ and in the video the clips of the laptop clear that the company is going to bring laptops.
