Philips has launched the LINE 7000, I9000 and I9000 Status Extremely models in its premium shaver series in India. The company claims that these electric shaves are not just trimming or clean shaving tools, but a kind of smart grooming system that comes with AI based Skiniq technology and works accordingly by recognizing the user’s skin type, beard density and shaving technology.

At a launch event, Philips introduced this series in association with Tech Expert Rajiv Makhani, where it was shown how these devices adjust themselves to give the user a close, smooth and skin-friendly shave every time. Of these, I9000 and I9000 Status Extremely models are specially made keeping in mind the users who shaving every day or whose beard is 3-7 days old.

The i9000 series has Triple Motion Raise & Shorten system which cleanses the hair from the skin level. In the Status Extremely version, the user gets 5 custom shaving modes and also has a connected app that gives real time feedback during shaving. Both shaves include high-end features such as 360 ° Flexing Head, Hydro skinglide coating and Energy Adapt Sensor.

Talking about Philips Line 7000, it also gets very strong features. Its focus is on improvement of shaving technology and skin protection. 90,000 cutting action/min blades, movement keep an eye on sensor and Nano skinglide coating make it a lot of efficient.
