According to a press statement by Jio, Jiomart can now be accessed on WhatsApp and through this, customers will be able to purchase only through WhatsApp. Customers will only have to send a ‘HELLO’ message on the JIMart Number (+917977079770) on the WhatsApp app and after that they will have a complete catalog of goods. The launch is part of the strategic partnership between Mata and Jio platforms, which was announced in 2020.

Apart from this, Reliance Jio has also announced that the company will carry out the start of 5G service in India by October. The country’s largest telecom operator also announced an investment of Rs 2 lakh crore to start 5G connectivity in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata till Diwali. In addition, the company has also confirmed that the 5G network will be rolled across the country by December 2023.
