HMD Global insisted that the new Nokia 3310 phone is a gift from the company for Nokia’s fans. And the company is giving the message that people will get pure Nokia experience with the new device. In an attempt to live up to customers’ expectations, HMD Global launched the new variant of Nokia 3310 at the MWC 2017 event. In which new features like new designs, a headphone jack, new color variant and snake game have been given.
Nokia 3310 Design
We are all familiar with the design of heavy Nokia 3310 which is considered to be the strongest phone ever. In the new Nokia 3310, the company has completely given a new design. The company says that the design of Nokia 3310 (2017) is ‘Modern Twist’.
However, in the new Nokia 3310, the edges are curved just like the previous original phone. HMD Global says that it is easy to use the phone in sunlight from curved screen window.
The new Nokia 3310 has new push buttons and has a new UI which is like a little original phone.
Nokia 3310 camera
The new Nokia 3310 has a 2 -megapixel rear camera which can be considered the biggest update of this popular phone. The rear camera comes with a flash. Like all the feature phones, the pictures coming from this phone will not be very different. However, the arrival of the camera in the phone increases the importance of the device slightly.
Nokia 3310 Battery
As expected, the new Nokia 3310 comes with good battery life. HMD Global told in the launch event that this handset has a 1200 mAh removable battery, which will provide talk time of up to 22 hours. The company claims that its battery will give a month -long standby time.
Headphone jack
The headphone jack feature was not given in the original Nokia 3310. But this feature has made its place in the new Nokiaya 3310. This phone has a 3.5mm audio jack and it supports MP3 player as well as FM radio.
New color variants
The new Nokia 3310 will be fully available in a new avatar and the company has introduced it in a new color variant. The Nokia 3310 smartphone will be available in the warm red and yellow color and dark blue and gray color with yellow color and matte finish.
Snake game
The popular snake game with Nokia 3310 has also returned. HMD Global confirmed the arrival of snake games at the launch event. The company said that the new snake game has been optimized for the color screen. The company also revealed that the snake game will also be available through the Messenger app.
Micro-USB port
The PIN Charger has been discharged from the new Nokia 3310. PIN Charger was given in the original variant. The new phone is a micro-USB charging port.
It has a 2.4 -inch QVGA display. The handset comes with 2G connectivity and Nokia 30+ will run on OS. Inbuilt storage is 16 MB and you will be able to use microSD cards up to 32 GB.
