Instagram Snapchat Amongst Thosethat Smartphone Customers in the International Sought after to delete in 2023 all main points

A recent study revealed some amazing information about how people decide to keep their mobile apps. A report based on global smartphone users showed that 4.8 news people, or 59.9% of the world’s population and 92.7% internet users are active on social media. On average, users use about 6.7 different social media platforms every month and spend about 2 hours and 24 minutes every day on these networks. It has also been found in this study which are the top apps that smartphone users wanted to delete this year

The recent research of TRG Datacener noticed several points, such as “how people decide to keep their mobile apps” or smartphone users decided to remove which app from their smartphone this year. The most shocking discovery was that the app that you probably use the most throughout the day had decided to delete them by a large number of users. We are talking about social media platform Instagram. Research citing statista data suggests that despite its widespread use with 2.4 trillion active users at global level, more than 1 million people were actively searching for ‘How to remove my Instagram account’ in 2023 every month.

It is more than 12,500 search for every 100,000 people worldwide. This trend can pose a threat to Instagram’s dominance, even though it has been a continuous leading social media platform.

Snapchat, launched in 2011, came after Instagram in case of people wishing to press the uninstall button. Although not as much as Instagram, every month around 130,000 users wanted to remove their Snapchat account in 2023. This is a significant number, given that Snapchat has about 750 million (75 million) users.

This study shows that even though social media apps like Instagram and Snapchat have large -scale user base, a large number of people are actively considering uninstalling them. Report questions the stability of these platforms, especially for Instagram, which continues to see a major change in its popularity and user base if the current trend continues.
