How to recharge and subscribe to Jio Prime Plan

Reliance Jio started its services in September. Since then, customers and rival telecom companies are waiting for the time when Reliance Jio will start charging for its services. Now, finally after the announcement last week, Reliance Jio’s regular plan will be applicable from April 1. However, now customers can recharge for Jio Prime subscription which will be available from March 1 to March 31. For Jio Prime subscription, a fee of Rs 99 will have to be paid and its validity will be till 31 March 2018.

After all, is Jio Prime subscription? This is a special offer from which the offers under the Happy New Year Plan given by Reliance Jio will increase for another year. Under the Jio Prime Plan, you can get unlimited internet (1 GB per day on high-speed) for just Rs 303 by paying a monthly fee. If you do not take live Prime by the end of the month, then you have to port on the regular live plan. And for that, a fee will have to be paid for the Jio Tariff Plan that has been told earlier.

So, how to recharge Jio Prime? Its answer is very flat. Follow these steps to get prime subscription on your live number.

1. Launch Mygio App on your device with Reliance Jio SIM
2. If you have an old app, then you have to update the app first
3. The next screen, but you will see a list of the Jio app. Mygio app will be at the top of this list.
4. Tap on the open button near Mygio.
5. After this you have to sign in- remember that your live number is your username. And if you have not set a password before then you have to do so.
6. On the home screen of the app, tap on the ‘recharge’ built down on the left side. If you are on another screen, tap on the menu button visible on the top left and then tap on Jio Prime.
7. Select Jio Prime by tapping on the button of Rs 99.
8. After this choose the payment option and complete the payment

Once the payment is completed, your Jio Prime subscription will be active.

We had difficulty in the final step because the server was constantly getting error messages. This can also happen due to many people sign up for Jio Prime. But remember that you have a full month to sign up, so there is no need to worry. If there is a problem in subscription, then try a while, tomorrow or next week.

Under your Reliance Jio’s Happy New Year offer, free services will be available for the whole month of March. But after March you have to pay 303 rupees, so that you will get 1 GB of data every day. There are many more Jio Prime plans under this offer for which you can recharge.
