How to block someone on Gmail

Most people like Gmail, or they definitely use their service. But this is not complete from anywhere. You cannot block any person in one click like Facebook. If you are getting too much email from any one website or email, then you would like to do something to prevent these mail from reaching the inbox.

If you have decided that you do not want any mail from a particular email ID, then you can automatically delete these mails by setting up the filter before reaching the inbox. This has to be done for this …

1. Open Gmail> Sign> Then click the Arrow Down mark next to the blue search button on the right corner in the search bar.

2. Now insert the email ID you want to block in the From Section. You can enter a special email ID in it (xyz@abc.com) or the entire domane itself (@abc.com)> After this click on Creature Filter> Check it to delete it> Then click on Creature Filter. By doing this, the mail coming from that special email ID will automatically go into the trash folder. You will not get any notification for these emails and they will be deleted automatically after 30 days.

3. If you are on a mail and want to block that ID, then you click on the down arrow button seen next to the reply. After this, go to the filter message like this. Now follow the previous instructions.

The Gmail does not allow the user to block any mail ID to stop sending mails. If you do not want email from a particular mail ID, then follow the instructions given above.
