Feroz Parikh, senior engineering director of Google SEEK, said that fighting scammers has always been an evolution game, where bad people learn and develop because tech companies continue to implement new security. Google said that safety has increased manifold in Chrome’s “Enhanced Protection” safe browsing mode on the desktop. In this mode, its on-device AI model can now scan a webpage effectively in real time when a user clicks on it to see the potential threats.
