Google for Bharat 2024: Google announced several new services and features for Indian users on Thursday. At the Google for India 2024 event, the company said that it is bringing new Imprutions in Google Pay and now users will be able to take personal and gold loans from it. To detect online scam and protect people from it, the company announced a new feature, which will come for Android users very soon. Google said that its gemini reside support will now be found in local languages as well.

Real time alert will be available on Google Maps

At the annual Google for Bharat event held in Delhi, the company announced an improvement in Google Search Experiences. Earlier in Google listing, only the phone number used to get a place, on which there was an option to tap and call, now people will get the option to call directly on WhatsApp along with calling. Not only this, a real-time alert of floods and fog will come on Google map, which will prove useful for people during the journey.

The company said that it is bringing an option of personal loan and gold loan on its UPI app Google Pay. For personal loans, he has partnered with Aditya Birla Capital Finance and Muthoot Finance for Gold Loan. With the help of Google Pay, users will be able to take personal loans up to Rs 5 lakh and gold loan of up to Rs 50 lakh.

Fraud Protection feature will save from fraudsters!

Google says that its Digikavach (Digikavach) Initiative saved users from scams worth Rs 13,000 crore. The company claimed that in the year 2023, users were shown more than 41 million alerts to avoid scam. The company said that Android users in India will soon get the new ‘fraud protection feature’. Due to this, such apps in the phone will not be able to sideload, which causes damage to the users.
