Google Co Founder Sergey Brin Urges Staff to Paintings 60 Hours A Occasion to Manage Ai Race All Main Points

Google co-founder Sergei Brin has asked the employees to increase their hard work to strengthen the company’s AI leadership. He has especially advised to work 60 hours per week. A report states that Brin also advised the employees to come to office in working days. He wrote, “I recommend to stay in at least every working day office.” Brin also told Google’s Gemini AI models and employees associated with applications that their hard work is necessary to keep the company ahead in competition.

According to the New York Times, Sergei Brin said in his memo, “Working 60 hours per week is best for productivity.” He also said that competition regarding AI and AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) has increased a lot and now this race is in its final stages. He told the employees that if they work hard, Google can go ahead in this race.

He specially inspired engineers to use Google’s AI models in coding. According to Brin, by doing this he can become the world’s most skilled coders and AI scientists. They believe that Google has all the necessary resources to move forward in AI, but the employees will have to work hard.

Let us know that in the tech industry, big leaders have already demanded to do more work than employees. Last year, 70-hour workweight was suggested by Narayan Murthy, co-founder of Infosys, while in January this year, L&T Chairman SN Subrahmanyan proposed a 90-hour workweight.

What will be the effect of this instruction on Google employees, it will be a matter to be seen. However, in many companies, Extended Working Hours are also seen as hiring and cost cutting.
