According to a media report, the notice has been issued on 21 November by the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate at Ballard Pier in Mumbai. It states that YouTube has not followed the order to remove a defamation video in March last year. In this video, Dhyan Foundation and its founder, Yogi Ashwini were targeted. Dhyan Foundation also filed a contempt petition against YouTube about two years ago. This petition alleged that YouTube was deliberately ignoring the court order. YouTube is owned by Google.
Last year, the Competition Commission of India (CCI) found Google guilty of using anti -competition business methods. Out of more than 60 million smartphones in the country, about 97 percent run on Android. This figure is about 75 percent for about 55 crore smartphones in Europe. The CCI had directed the company that it should not impose any condition on the app developers that are inappropriate or discriminated against.

In this case, the prosecution says that Google has placed a big monopoly on the flow of news and funds on the websites. It performs about 1.5 lakh online ad cells per second. This case is important for efforts to prevent misuse of strong status by large tech companies. The prosecution has said that Google has prepared a complex plan for monopolys on the website advertising tools. However, the company denied these allegations. Alphabet, who runs Google, said that this is interrupting his technology and efforts to serve the customers.
