The Garmin Vivoactive 6 is priced at $ 299.99 (about Rs 25,700) in the US and will be available for sale from April 4. It can be purchased from Garmin’s official website. The watch has been introduced in four color options like Lunar Gold with Bone Band, Steel Jasper Inexperienced With Jasper Inexperience Band, Steel Purple Crack of Dawn With Purple Crack of Dawn Band and Slate Lightless Band.
Garmin Vivoactive 6 comes with a 1.2-inch circular AMOLED display in smartwatch, with 390×390 pixel resolution, corning gorilla glass 3 protection and at all time-on show support. There is also a canny wake alarm device, which detects the user’s light sleep stage and wakes up with mild vibration. Talking about battery life, the company claims that it can last for 11 days once charged, however, if the at all time-on show feature is turned on, the battery will last for 5 days.
The watch also provides information like night sleep overview, recovery insights, body battery, daily calendar along with sleeping figures. The Frame Battery feature tracks the user’s energy level based on the entire day’s activity, sleep and stress. In addition, the watch has health-focused features such as Ease Lecturer, Meditation and Mindful Breathing, Stress Tracking, Menstrual Cycle Tracking, Pulse OX sensor and HRV status. The Pulse OX sensor helps monitor blood oxygen, while HRV traces the status heart rate variability.
Garmin Vivoactive 6 has Garmin Pay Support, so that users can make contactless payments. It facilitates downloading songs and playlists from Spotify, Amazon Track and Deezer, which provides phone-free music experience. In addition, users can download new watch face and apps from Fasten IQ Gather. Watch has received 5 ATM Water Resistance Rating. Its dimensions are 42.2 x 42.2 x 10mm and weight (without strap) 23 grams.
