The Lenovo Zook Z1 has an 8 -megapixel front camera and a 13 -megapixel rear camera. During the review, we were successful in taking sharp and detail photos from the camera of this phone. We were also satisfied with the pictures taken in low light. Videos can be recorded from a rear camera from 60 frames per second. Both cameras support 1080 pixels resolution video recording. In this way this camera is good for both photos and videos. It has optical image stabilization and dual-LED flash.
2. Asus Zenfone Max (2016)
Asus Zenfone Max (2016) costs less than Rs 10,000 and its camera performance is better than many expensive smartphones with a range of Rs 15,000. Its primary camera is 13 megapixels and the front camera is 5 megapixels. The cameras are equipped with dual-tone LED flash and laser autofocus. Videos of 30 frames per second to 1080 pixels per second can be recorded from these cameras. We had praised its camera in our review, especially the macro shots of it.
3. Moto G4 Plus
Moto G4 Plus is a great smartphone but there is some scope for improvement in the photography department. The phone has a 16 -megapixel camera equipped with phase detection autofocus and F/2.0 aperture. But its performance was not very good in low light. We found the performance of this camera good in daylight during the review. We found that it is possible to record good quality videos of 1080 pixels resolution from the camera even in daylight or low light. We were also satisfied with the performance of the 5 megapixel selfie camera. Even though its camera is not the best in the range of Rs 15,000, it is enough to be a part of the top 5 list. And this phone is also good.
4. Lenovo Vibe S1
The Lenovo Vibe S1 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash. And there is a dual-camera setup at the front. The sensor of a front camera is 8 megapixels and the other is 2 megapixels. Both cameras can record full-HD videos. During the review we found that its camera is capable of taking crisp photos under any circumstances. After the fresh cut in the price, the Vibe S1 phone has become one of the best camera phones received for less than Rs 15,000.
5. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3
Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 handset is one of the best smartphones of the range of Rs 10,000. Its better variant comes for Rs 11,999 which is equipped with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. We would suggest you to buy this version. The Redmi Note 3 has a 16 -megapixel rear camera with Wide F/2.0 aperture. We told you in the review that the color reproduction of the camera of this phone is good, but the pictures did not come up much in the low light. You will be able to record 1080 pixels videos from its camera.
These five best camera phones are for you in the range of Rs 15,000. We have included those phones in this list with which we spent some time and reviewed them. Apart from these phones, the camera of Oppo F1 (Review) is also excellent but its price is slightly higher than Rs 15,000. The cameras of Huvo Honor 5X and Coolpad Note 3 Plus are also good.
