The Sameer App has been prepared by the Central Air Pollution Regulate Board (CPCB), the Government of India, which is a free mobile app. It shows you the real -time air quality index (AQI), weather conditions. Although this app allows to register a complaint about pollution already around, but now another use of this app has been added. CPCB has told through social media that now citizens can also file a complaint of broken roads or pits through this app.

1. Install app and give permissions

First of all download the “Sameer” app on your Android or iOS device. This app is published by Central Air Pollution Regulate Board (CPCB) and can be installed for free from Google Play Games or App Pack.

After the installation, give the app necessary to the app. It has to be given location access so that it can get your accurate information.

2. Log-in

Now tap on the court cases option below. By doing this, it will first ask you to log in.

Enter your full name, mobile number and email Andres here and login.

3. Start filing a complaint

Now tap on the upload unutized criticism button on the right right. When asked, give access to your gallery.

Here you have to choose the category at the top, mostly the category is related to air pollution, but if you want to file a complaint for broken roads or pits, then you have to choose the ‘Unpaved Street/PIT’ option.

Now you have to attack a broken road or pit photo.

You can also write your complaint in detail below.

After this you have to give your current location and submit details like state, city, road name/ area/ landmark and pincode.

Finally you have to enter your personal information and tap on the ‘Hotel Criticism’ button.

By doing this, your complaint will be filed, which you can also track on the ‘Court Cases’ tab.
