The report of a leading British newspaper quoted sources as saying that militant groups are using Starlink Internet service in many areas of Manipur. This report states that along with militant groups, some people are also taking help of this company of Billionaire Elon Musk during the internet shutdown by the state government. A man from the People’s Liberation Army of Manipur of Manipur’s Maetai Group has confirmed that the militant faction has used Starlink service during the Internet shutdown.
