Dell launched new Chromebook laptop for corporate users

Google’s latest chromebook laptop is being designed keeping in mind the corporate customers. The company’s effort is to woo more and more people using Microsoft’s Windows software.

The Chromebook laptops offered on Thursday are built by Dell and their sales will begin on 17 September. The device will be priced between $ 400 to $ 900 (about Rs 26,000 to Rs 58,500). The price of these devices is more than the earlier Chromebook, which starts at $ 150 (Rs 9,750). Google had partnership for cheap devices with Hisense and Haier.

Due to cheap Chromebook, laptops have managed to make their place in the classroom, but they have not been able to reach the office.

Google is trying to get corporate customers through the new Dell Chromebook 13. More apps can be accessed on these devices which were not with the old Chromebook. These laptops have more control for corporate administrators, so that they can set the rules of access for their workers.
