Huawei’s sub brand Honor has recently launched the Honor 8C smartphone in the Indian market. Many smartphones of Xiaomi and Realme brands are quite popular in the budget of up to Rs 15,000. Honor 8C has been launched with an initial price of Rs 11,999 to compete with brands like Xiaomi and Reality. The Honor 8C smartphone has a 19: 9 display panel with traditional notch, Snapdragon 632 processor and face unlock feature that uses AI with front camera. On November 28, on Wednesday, Sub brand Realme of Oppo launched the Realme U1 smartphone equipped with MediaTek Helio P70 processor in India. The handset has a 6.3 -inch waterdrop notch display equipped with 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and a 25 -megapixel front sensor has been given for selfie. Honor 8C and Realme U1, how different are from each other, let us understand on the basis of price and specifications.

Honor 8C vs Realme U1 price in India

Honor 8C’s 4 GB RAM and 32 GB storage variants will be sold for Rs 11,999. Its 64 GB storage variant will be available for Rs 12,999. Both variants will be available in Aurora Blue, Magic Night Black, Platinum Gold and Nebula Purple. Honor 8C sales will start exclusively from December 10 at the e-commerce site Amazon India and Hihonor Store.

The initial price of Reality U1 is Rs 11,999. This price will be sold with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB storage variants. The phone also has 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variant, which has been priced at Rs 14,499. The sale of the phone will start exclusively on Amazon India from 5 December. This phone will be available in blue, black and gold colors.

Honor 8C vs Realme U1 Specification

The dual-sim Honor 8C out of box will run on EMUI 8.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. It has a 6.26 -inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) TFT LCD IPS display. The aspect ratio is 19: 9. The smartphone has used the Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor. Adreno 506 GPU is integrated for graphics. There are 4 GB RAM to speed up. There are two options for inbuilt storage- 32 GB and 64 GB. Both variants will support microSD cards up to 256 GB.

The phone comes with 90.8 percent screen to body ratio. The screen is 2.5D curved glass and corning gorilla glass protection. The smartphone has a 2.1 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P70 processor with ARM G72 GPU. There are two options based on RAM and storage- 32 GB storage with 3 GB RAM and 64 GB storage with 4 GB RAM.

Talking about the camera setup, Realme U1 has a dual rear camera setup. The primary sensor is of 13 megapixels (f/2.2 aperture) and the secondary sensor is 2 megapixels (F/2.4). It is accompanied by LED flash. The company has informed that Realme U1 comes with portrait lightening, Slow Mo Video, AI Scene Detection and Bokeh Effect. The phone also has an AI face unlock feature.

The front panel has a 25 -megapixel camera with F/2.0 aperture. The company has talked about having a backlight mode feature in the selfie camera. Apart from this, there is also mention of having AI beauty+ mode. With the help of a sovereign group feature, users can enjoy customized beautification on several subjects in one picture.
