Cardano Substructure has announced a new partnership on 15 April 2025 with PUC-RO, Brazilian, a major university of Brazil. The purpose of this cooperation is to do research on Blockchain Generation and apply it in areas such as finance, energy, digital assets and social projects. This partnership will start many new experiments to put education, innovation and positive effects on society.

This research will also include Brazilian government oil company Petrobras. The purpose of which is to improve energy production and consumption. It will have a special focus on renewable energy. These processes will be made more environment friendly, conserve and clear from the Blockchain Generation.
Social projects will also be with research
PUC -RO has a special research group – Ledger Labs, which is considered one of the top universities in Latin America. This group will work on ways to use this technology in business and finance in association with Cardano Substructure.
