Birthday, live video and other notifications off on Facebook

Facebook S is a place where many notifications are found. However, these push notifications can be easily disabled on smartphones. If you are having trouble with Facebook, then adopt these steps.

On phone
If you are using Facebook app on your iPhone or iPad, then stop the disturbing Facebook notifications like this.

1. Open Facebook app
2. Tap on the ‘Peacock’ button below the right side
3. Tap on the setting and go to the account setting.
4. Tap on notification. Here you can get rid of notifications like birthday reminder and live video.

Adopt these steps to disable notifications on Facebook app on Android

1. Open Facebook app
2. Tap on the three horizontal line looking at the top
3. Tap on account settings
4. Now tap on the notification and disable those whom you do not want to see.

On PC

1. To get rid of the notifications of the app and game (eg Candy Crush Saga or 8 Ball Pool), visit the Facebook Application Settings page. For this, you have to sign on your Facebook page.
2. Go to the game and app notification and click Edit.
3. Now click on Turn Off.
4. If someone is constantly spaming you with the app invoice, then you go to the blocking setting page and type its name in the block app invoice.
5. Apart from this, to disable notifications like birthday reminder, go to Facebook’s notification setting page.
6. Click on the button near the birthday and then click off. This will disable the birthday notifications on Facebook. Let me tell you, on your news feed page you will still see the birthday reminder, but you will not get any notification for this.
7. You can close the button near the ‘Other type of notification’ by visiting this setting page.

In this way, you will get rid of all the notifications harassing Facebook.
