Asteroid: Estroids have always surprised the scientific community. Despite the technology being so advanced, many rocky troubles survive the eyes of our telescopes and surprise them by passing very close to the earth. The same happened on Tuesday. According to the report, just 2 days after the discovery, a small Estroid passed close to the earth. Its name is Asteroid 2024 JN16. Its size was about 4 meters wide, which is equal to a car.

It did not hit the earth, but had come close to 18 thousand 500 kilometers. The arrival of an assetroid so closer puts it in the category of potentially dangerous.

According to the virtual telescope project, 2024 JN16 was discovered by an amateur astronomer Gennadi Borisov (Gennadiy Borisov) two days ago. He was working in Crimea Marg Observatory, when it came to know about Estroid.

According to the report, it belongs to the Estroid, Apollo Estroid Group, whose orbits interact with the Earth. The group was a well-known Estroid Chelyabinsk Meteor. In 2013, the Estroid broke down on the Russian city of Chelyabinsk and caused havoc. It was more than a 6 -storey building. Its breakdown also caused powerful explosion due to nuclear explosion. Many people were injured in the city. The windows of people’s homes were broken.

According to NASA, they are also called small planets. Just as all the planets of our solar system circles the Sun, similarly Estroids revolve around the Sun. About 4.6 billion years ago, the remaining rocky remains from the early formation of our solar system are Estroid. Scientists have so far detected 11 lakh 13 thousand 527 Estroids. Most of Estteroids are found in a main sectroid belt, which is between Mars and Brihaspati planets. Their size can range from 10 meters to 530 kilometers. The total fluid of all the sectors discovered so far is lower than the Moon of the Earth.
