Amazon might input in fast trade section with ‘tez’, will give pageant to blinkit, swiggy instamart

Amazon, one of the big e-commerce companies, has been getting a tough competition from the Quick Commerce segment companies for the last few years. Amazon can enter this segment to deal with this. For this, the company plans to launch the new service ‘Tez’. This can make Amazon easier to increase its business.

According to a media report, there is a preparation to launch the new service next year. Amazon is preparing stores for this. Companies like Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and Zepto have a major stake in the Quick Commerce segment. This service of Amazon may initially include grocery and per day needs. The report quoted a person who is aware of the company’s plan, saying, “Amazon may launch it in the first quarter of next year. Quick Commerce segment is growing rapidly.”

It has been reported that Amazon is looking for workers for the new service. Apart from this, the company is also working on a tie-up with logistics providers for early delivery. However, this report states that the title for the new service has not been decided. Recently, Blinkit, Swiggi and Jomato were allegedly accused of increasing the price by reducing the price. Companies associated with quick commerce promise to delivery from grocery to electronics in a short period of 10 minutes.

In a letter to the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the All India Consumer Products Distributors Federation (AICPDF) said that companies associated with Quick Commerce are trying to pull customers by giving low pricing or huge discounts. In this, CCI was requested to implement measures to protect the interests of general distributors and retailers. AicPDF, who represented about four lakh retail distributors of large companies, said in this letter that it is very difficult for general distributors and retailers in such methods. This year, the annual sales of companies associated with Quick Commerce are expected to exceed six billion dollars. According to the market research firm Datum Prudence, Jomato’s control blinkit in this market is about 40 percent.
