It begins before pregnancy when the last day of the cycle is the last day before conception. That is, this phase actually starts even before the woman is pregnant. Researchers referred to many types of risks related to pregnancy in the survey including factors such as sleep quality, insecurity regarding food. They go later and cause depression.

Authar says that depression may come due to feelings like the woman’s sleep quality, labor pen, and her mind about delivery, insecurity in her mind about eating.

But if it is already known through the mobile app that a woman can go into depression in the later stage, then measures can be taken to stop it in advance. Researchers surveyed 944 women who used this mobile app for this study. There was no old history related to depression with these women. The accuracy of this model prepared by the researchers was found to be 93 percent.
