Redmi Word 8 Professional vs Realme XT design

Reality XT and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro also have a Dudrop notch in the front of the handset, in which the selfie camera has found a place. We found that in this handset of Realme brand, the button has been placed in such a way that the hands reach the button easily.
But on the other hand, the volume button in the Redmi Note 8 Pro is placed slightly above our choice. There was a little difficulty in reaching the fingerprint sensor given in the back of the Redmi Word 8 Professional because it has also been placed a little above but such a problem will not be in Realme XT as this handset is equipped with in-display fingerprint sensor. However, both sensors work fast.
For the information of the people, let us know that both Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro and Realme XT handsets have a separate microSD card slot in addition to dual nano-sim slot which is a good thing. The bottom of these two smartphones has a USB Type-C port with primary microphone, 3.5 mm headphone jack and loudspeaker.

Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 8 Pro also has three variants. Talking about Redmi Word 8 Professional Worth, its 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage variants are priced at Rs 14,999. 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants of this phone of Xiaomi will be sold for Rs 15,999. The price of 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants is Rs 17,999.
Both smartphones come with microSD card slots to increase UFS 2.1 storage and storage. This handset of Realme brand has an amoled panel with in-display fingerprint sensor. On the other hand, Redmi phone will get LCD panels with HDR support.

Redmi Word 8 Professional vs Realme XT’s performance and battery life
Performance is certainly extremely important. When Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro was launched, we were curious to see how it would compete with Reality XT. The MediaTek Helio G90T processor given in Redmi phone performed better than the Snapdragon 712 chipset given in the reality phone and this is a good option, especially if gaming is important for you.
We have the top-end variants of both smartphones for comparison that come with 8 GB RAM. While watching the video on these smartphones, we liked the output of Realme XT’s screen as it shows black better due to being an amoled panel, as well as the contrast was good.
Talking about the performance, we have not experienced that the phone has slowed down during the use of both handsets. Multitasking between Navigate and apps was also smooth in the menu. To see how the experience is during gaming, we saw PUBG Cell playing in both handsets.
Both Realme and Redmi handsets run the game without any problem on high settings. We played the match for 30 minutes in both phones and notices that the Redmi Note 8 Pro was slightly hot compared to Reality XT. Talking about battery consumption during gaming, 11 percent of Redmi Word 8 Professional and only 5 percent of Realme XT was consumed.
Both phones have a battery of different capacity. Reality XT will get 4,000 mAh and 4,500 mAh battery in Redmi Note 8 Pro. In our HD video loop test, this handset of Realme brand supported for 20 hours and 36 minutes, while the Redmi phone supported for only 14 hours.
Powerful charger is available with Reality XT, which is up to 46 percent in the phone battery in half an hour, while the Redmi Note 8 Pro battery was charged only 32 percent.
Redmi Word 8 Professional vs Realme XT camera
Four rear cameras have been provided in the rear of both smartphones, including a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor, 8 megapixel wide-angle camera, 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Realme XT has a 16 -megapixel front camera for selfie, while Redmi Word 8 Professional has a 20 -megapixel front camera.
It is easy to use the camera app of both smartphones but the camera app of Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro is a little more polished. While Xiaomi has placed the button of the macro camera properly, Realme has hired different camera modes in the menu.
To see how both handsets perform in equal conditions, we took pictures from both smartphones at the same time. Both handsets focus fast and we did not have any problem. Colors came more accurate in pictures taken from Realme XT in daylight and details were also better.
In the bright scene, both phones automatically enable HDR. We liked the pictures taken from Realme XT because the photos taken from the Redmi Note 8 Pro felt more sharpness. Photos taken from the wide-angle camera were good with the Redmi Note 8 Pro because the pictures taken from Realme XT found a glimpse of cooler color tone.
AI on these smartphones automatically applies settings on these smartphones to take better pictures in low light. We notice that Reality XT takes bright shots. During the use of night mode in both phones, we found that this phone of Realme brand gives better results.
While shooting a closeup, both the smartphones lock focus rapidly and the AI of the phone find out what we are shooting. The details in both the phones came to the same but the Reality XT captured Colors in an accurate manner.
However, while taking closeup shots in low-light, Redmi Word 8 Professional surprised us in terms of color reeprus and details. We found that the Redmi Note 8 Pro allows to set the blur level while taking the portrait shots, but it was not with Realme XT.
Both phones keep the subject separate from the background and capture the details well, but the Realme XT applies the beautification filter on the face. Redmi Word 8 overspoxes the professional background a bit but it was not with the Realme brand’s phone.
Portrait shots came well with better details in low light from Redmi phone. We have also tested the macro camera of these smartphones. Both handsets use LED flash to ensure that shadows do not come in the picture while taking macro shot.
In daylight, Reality XT captures the photo with LED flash and with better details without flash. At the same time, the Redmi Note 8 Pro takes better macro shots compared to Reality XT in low light. The selfie drawn from both phones was captured with good details but we liked the picture taken from Redmi Word 8 Professional because its color tone was better.
Both handsets take good pictures in the selfie portrait. Both smartphones are capable of recording video on 4K 30fps. Not only this, both handsets can also record footage on 1080p 60fps and 1080p 30fps. The video taken from Redmi Word 8 Professional came more as dramatic because the phone increases contrast and sharpness, while Realme XT gave natural-land results.
Our decision
Realme XT (Review) and Redmi Word 8 Professional (Review) are both very capable devices, both handsets are good in this price segment. The Redmi Note 8 Pro scores more in terms of value for money with better specification. The Redmi Note 8 Pro has a powerful processor but it becomes a little hot when loaded.
The Redmi Note 8 Pro has certainly given a 4,500 mAh battery but has surpassed it from Reality XT in terms of battery life. Talking about the camera performance, Realme XT took better shots in many circumstances. If you are looking for a gaming device that can handle everything then the Redmi Note 8 Pro can be a good option. On the other hand, Realme XT is a better all-rounder.
