This new GST rate on mobile phones in India has come into force from April 1 and now most of the smartphone brands have also shared the list of increased prices of their smartphones. Many smartphones have increased the prices including Realme 6 Layout, Xiaomi Redmi K20 Layout, Poco X2, Oppo A5 2020, Apple iPhone 11 Layout. However, there are still some brands that have not released the new prices of their smartphones.

Realme C3

The Reality C3 is the entry-level smartphone of the company, which comes with some strong features. The price of the smartphone has increased by Rs 500. The smartphone in India was launched at an initial price of Rs 6,999. Realme C3 comes in two RAM variants. Its 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage variant has now been priced at Rs 7,499. At the same time, its 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant will be sold for Rs 8,499.

Oppo a5s

The Oppo A5S was launched by the company in 2 GB RAM and 3 GB RAM option. Its 2 GB RAM variant was earlier priced at Rs 8,490, which has now increased to 8,990. Similarly, the price of 3 GB RAM variants of Oppo A5S has been increased from Rs 8,990 to 9,990.

Realme 6, Realme 6 Professional

Recently launched Reality 6 and Reality 6 Pro is one of the company’s strong mid-range smartphones. Both smartphones have gained a lot of popularity in short time of launch. However, now you will have to pay a higher price for both these smartphones. The price of Realme 6 in India now starts at Rs 13,999. This price is of 4 GB RAM + 64 GB model. The price of 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant of the smartphone is Rs 15,999. Its 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variants will be sold for Rs 16,999. The price of all three variants has increased by Rs 1,000.

On the other hand, the price of Realme 6 Professional now starts at Rs 17,999 in India. This price is of 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variants. The smartphone’s 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant will be sold for Rs 18,999 and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variants for Rs 19,999. The price of these three variants of Reality 6 Pro is Rs 1,000.

Oppo A5 2020

In India, the base variant with 3 GB RAM of Oppo A5 2020 has been priced at Rs 12,490 instead of 11,490, while its 4 GB RAM model has been priced from Rs 12,990 to Rs 13,990. Apart from this, due to the increased GST rate now, customers will have to pay Rs 1,000 more for 6 GB RAM option of Oppo A5 2020. The price of this variant has been increased to Rs 15,990.

Poco x2

Poco X2, 6 GB + 64 GB storage model was being sold at a price of Rs 15,999 earlier, now Rs 1,000 will be sold expensive i.e. Rs 16,999. At the same time, the price of 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variants of Poco X2 has now been increased to 17,999. The high-end variant of the phone has 8 GB RAM+ 256 GB storage, which has been increased from Rs 1,000 to Rs 20,999 in India.

Redmi k20 layout

The increased GST rate has also affected 20 series of popular and powerful Redmi of Xiomi. The company has not yet made an official statement about the exact price of the smartphone nor has any kind of list released, but on Flipkart, the 6GB + 64 GB variant of Redmi K20 and 6GB + 128 GB variants of Redmi K20 Professional has been increased by Rs 2,000.

Oppo reno 3 professional

The 128 GB storage variant of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro which was launched at an initial price of Rs 29,990 last month will now start from Rs 31,990. Oppo Reno 3 comes with a professional dual hole-punch selfie camera and quad rear camera setup. The company claims that the smartphone is capable of taking pictures of 108 megapixels.

Oppo Reno 2 Layout

The price of all models of Oppo Reno 2 series launched last year has also increased. After the implementation of the new GST rate, the price of Oppo Reno 2 has been increased from Rs 36,990 to Rs 38,990. The price of Oppo Reno 2Z has also increased from 25,990 to Rs 27,490 and the price of Oppo Reno 2F has increased from Rs 21,990 to Rs 23,490.

Apple iPhone 11

The increased GST rate is also hit on Apple’s iPhone layout. There has been a huge increase in the price of Apple iPhone 11 series. The price of 64 GB storage variants of iPhone 11 has increased from Rs 64,900 to Rs 68,300. The price of 128 GB storage variants of the phone has been increased from Rs 69,900 to Rs 73,600 and its 256 GB storage variant has been priced at Rs 84,100.
