Whatsapp will stop working on many Android and iOS smartphones. The affected users will lose all the chats of Whatsapp from their device, which they have not backup. Whatsapp stops its support for smartphones running on the old operating system version from time to time. This list is updated after a time. Even though Android 15 or iOS 18 has been released in today’s time, there are many users who are running phones running on a very old software version. WhatsApp stops support for these devices. Here we are telling you the list of all the devices that have lost whatsapp support and their chats are now in danger.

First of all, let us know that according to WhatsApp, WhatsApp service has been closed to Android 4 or older, iOS 11 or older and Kai OS 2.4 or older. Currently only those devices will get WhatsApp support and updates, which are running on Android 5 or that, iOS 11 or new and Kai OS 2.5 or new versions.

However, WhatsApp did not mention the name of the smartphone on which WhatsApp service has been closed. But according to a Portuguese website Canaltech, there are 35 such smartphones in the list that have lost support. These include smartphones of some other brands including Samsung, Apple, Motorola, Huawei.
