Best smartphone available for Rs 15,000 (September 2020)

We are constantly watching new smartphones in a segment of less than 15,000. Realme and Xiaomi have been captured in this price range in the last one month. The company has launched some smartphones in the recent past, which give good value according to their price. However, this time Motorola has overturned the dice by launching a strong phone. The company’s new Moto G9 gives a good competition to the smartphone of both Chinese companies and that is why this phone has become part of our list today. Apart from this, Realme 7 is leading the list, which is a completely new offer from the company. Other smartphones in the list are old, but still give good value at a price less than Rs 15,000. If you have a budget less than Rs 15,000 and you are confused about what to buy, we have done research for you.

Realme 7

The main features of Realme 7 are the new chipset, large battery and a new primary rear camera. It also has a new design, so it looks better than Realme 6. However, due to the large battery, the thickness and weight of the phone increases slightly. The Reality is 7 thick and heavy.
The rest of the features are the same as Reality 6. Realme 7 is fast in using due to good chipset and the display panel with a 90Hz refresh rate makes the experience more smooth. Gaming performance is also very good, the display has good brightness and battery life is excellent. 30 watt fast charging also helps in charging the battery quite quickly.

Primary rear camera is slightly better than Realme 6 in day and night photos, but the rest of the camera sensors perform the same. The quality of the video could have been better, especially in low light. If you do not already have Reality 6, then buying Reality 7 is a good option.

Motorola Moto G9

Motorola’s G-series has been the backbone of the company’s lineup for a long time and India is the first country to get Moto G9. Given what is found in the phone, we feel that Motorola has launched it at a very competitive price. The feature that draws attention is a clean version of Android, which Motorola now calls Myux. This is almost stock Android, with some classic moto customizations.
Moto G9’s texture good, but it sounds slightly larger and heavy. This is one of the few phones that still have a dedicated Google Assistant button, which is a good touch. This is the first phone in India, which includes the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, which handles the work well. In addition to taking a little longer than normal to load the game, the overall performance was good. Battery life is also better than average.

The quality of the camera was very good during the day. Close-ups were usually filled with details and good colors. Low-light photography is the place where Moto G9 struggled a lot, although night mode helped massively. Overall, Motorola Moto G9 is a decent phone if you are looking for a clean Android experience.

Poco m2 professional

Poco M2 Pro has been introduced in the budget segment. It has a premium design and a 6.67-inch display is available like Poco X2. It has a panel with standard 60 Hz refresh rates. Poco has used Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back and has given P2I coating on M2 Professional, which makes it somewhat splash resistant.

This smartphone is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset, which we have also seen in competitive models like Redmi Note 9 Pro. Poco M2 Pro has three variants; 4 GB RAM with 64 GB storage, 64 GB RAM with 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM with 128 GB storage. The price of these three variants is Rs 13,999, Rs 14,999, Rs 16,999 respectively.

Poco M2 Professional has a 5000 mAh battery and was able to give a very good battery life when we tested it. The company also gives 33 watt charger in it, which charges its battery 95 percent in an hour. The Poco M2 Pro provides a quad rear camera setup with a 48 -megapixel primary sensor. The phone captures good-looking pictures in the daylight, but in the photos taken from its wide-angle camera, we got to see faded colors and low details. In low light, both primary and wide-angle cameras struggled to produce details. Night mode was also not very effective.

Samsung Galaxy M21

We were quite surprised by how the Galaxy M22 was compared to the Samsung Galaxy M30s. In fact, in addition to a high-rugulation selfie camera on the new model, both phones are almost the same. The best thing is that the price of Samsung Galaxy M21 is kept less than the Galaxy M30S, which makes it a better option.
Some strong points of the phone include its best AMOLED display, low weight, very good battery life and decent app performance. It runs on Samsung’s One UI 2.0 interface based on Android 10. It works on the Exynos 9611 chipset, which is not the most powerful chipset, especially when you have better Qualcomm and MediaTek chipset on some smartphones in the same segment. Nevertheless, for general use and mild gaming, Egsinos 9611 chipset works well.

Triple rear cameras work fine during the day, but they struggle slightly in low light. The 20-megapixel selfie camera is a good improvement compared to the Galaxy M30s. The pictures taken during the day have good details and low light shots also cannot be called bad.

The price of Samsung Galaxy M12 has recently increased, now its 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variants are priced at Rs 13,999 in India and its high-end variant comes with 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, priced at 15,999 Is Rs.

Realme Narzo 10

Reality recently launched its Name 10 series. Realme Narzo 10 smartphone is a good offering within Rs 15,000. Realme wants to focus on youth here. So the company tease the phone for better gaming performance. NARZO 10 includes MediaTek Helio G80 chipset, which handles the games well and is also solid in the case of app loading and multitasking performance. This smartphone also has a USP good battery life.
The main area where Narzo 10 could do better is its camera. The daylight performance with all rear cameras and the same front was good, but low-light performance did not make us very happy. The camera app could have been slightly more comfortable. Realme UI looks fresh and interesting, but still contains a lot of blotware.

It has only one configuration with 4 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. Its price is Rs 11,999. Small issues of Narzo 10 can be forgiven at this price.

Redmi Notice 9 Professional

One of the best phones in the segment of Rs 15,000 is recently launched Redmi Notice 9 Professional smartphone. The Dual-Sim Redmi Note 9 Pro 6.67 inch Full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixels) comes with an IPS display.
