Astronomers Uncover Brandnew Tremendous Venus Exoplanet GJ 1214 b Difficult Earlier Guesses

The world of space is infinite. It has not yet been possible to guess what is contained inside the universe. However, scientists are definitely trying to find out whether there is any planet around our solar system or in our galaxy which has characteristics like Earth? Till now scientists have discovered many such outer planets which are called exoplanets. One such exoplanet is named GJ 1214 b. Although scientists already knew about its existence, now a shocking revelation has come to light about it.

Scientists have also given a nickname to the exoplanet GJ 1214 b. It has been called Enaiposha. Compared to the time when this planet was discovered, its classification has changed now. It is located 47 light years away from Earth. It revolves around a red dwarf star. Initially it was considered to be a small Neptune. But with the help of James Webb Telescope, new discoveries have come to light about it.

Exoplanet GJ 1214 b has similar characteristics to Venus, but is several times larger in scale. Its atmosphere is very dense. Scientists are saying that this had never been seen before on any planet. Scientists have put it in a new category – ‘Super-Venus’. The importance of this discovery lies in the fact that they are much different from what we had believed till now about exoplanets. That means the planets outside the solar system are full of diversity. Exoplanets cannot be categorized into any specific characteristics. These can be of different types.

According to The Distant, James Webb Telescope data suggests that the discovered exoplanet is very similar to Venus, one of the hottest planets in our solar system. Enaiposha is much bigger than this. This is the first planet of its kind to be discovered. Scientists are busy gathering information about it but a lot is still hidden. Its atmosphere is so dense that it cannot be seen easily.
